My #1 Tip for Getting Started as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

By far the question I get asked the most is “What is your advice for getting started?” It can seem like there are so many moving parts but my advice is always the same.

My #1 tip for getting started is to start day 1 as if you already have 100 open files. Think, what would I do if I had 100 files? Email templates, time blocking, being efficient, taking control of your schedule, limiting distractions. At the beginning, use the extra free time to continue building your business, learning or just relax! If you start with good habits, you will be able to scale faster and not have to learn how to be efficient once you feel like you are drowning in files!

I used to waste so much time doing simple tasks just because I had the time. When I started to scale, I was so overwhelmed. Don’t be like me, practice good habits from day one!
